On Arrival
- You should arrive 30min before your scheduled exam to find a carpark, sanatise your hands and ensure you know where youÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ÊÓƵ™re seated on seating plans. (these are outside the venue of your exam, posted on MS Teams and on the window inside year 12 study centre).
- You should not bring bags, phones, electrical devises, smart watches (there are clocks within the venue) or any other personal items. Leave them in the study centre if you need to.
What to bring
- All students may wear casual clothing- suggest you wear layers in case you find the venue hot/cold. Closed in shoes, no thongs.
- Pens, pencils, highlighters, erasers etc in a clear plastic pencil case or plastic pocket without any labels or markings.
- Water bottles are to be CLEAR only- no labels, no sports or Tupperware bottles
- Student IDs or driverÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ÊÓƵ™s license with photo
Non-attendance due to unforeseen circumstances
- All exams are compulsory and cannot be rescheduled.
- These are state wide exams and under no circumstance can they be altered.
- There may be certain situations that are unavoidable that may affect a studentÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ÊÓƵ™s ability to complete the examination, such as sudden illness or misadventure. In this instance, please notify Naomi Wattie as a matter of urgency to get instructions on if to proceed with exams OR to be emailed the VCAA paperwork. Note: A doctor certificate IS NOT sufficient.
